Booking/Cancellation policy ::

Credit card details are required to secure an appointment. Clients who wish to change or cancel an appointment are requested to provide a minimum of 24hours notice, or the full cost of the treatment will be charged.

Please note that as a courtesy to all our clients, a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to, as it may not be possible to accommodate late arrivals and the full fee will incur for shortened treatments.

Providing a calm environment

We endeavour to provide you with an environment which is tranquil and conducive to relaxation. We therefore request that you respect the needs of other clinic users and turn off your mobile phones and pagers. Due to insurance clauses children are not permitted to enter the treatment rooms, The Ascott Beauty Clinic does not accept responsibility for children left in the reception area.

Children the age of 16 and below can be treated in the salon with the written permission of a parent or guardian for all beauty treatments.
